Welder
Function and Features
Welding manner: DC TIG welding, DC pulse TIG welding, electrode welding.
Scope of application: Thin plate welding which has high requirement
for quality, such as bicycles and parts, pipe production line, stainless
steel precision products etc.
Applicable materials: Stainless steel, Mild Steel, high tensile steel
and Cr-Mo steel, copper, titanium alloy.
Excellent welding performance:
1. Post gas adjustment from 0-10s to save gas and cost effective.
2. HF pressure Arc starting and hot arc starting circuit design enable
high success rate of arc start, good synchronization of spot welding.
3. Manual arc welding with good dynamic characteristics, small spatter
and stable arc. Control of welding pool formation is easy to get nice
weld bead.
4. Better ability of anti-deformation than common TIG machine, straighter,
smoother, and brighter weld bead with less defects.
5. With both low frequency and pulse function. Low frequency pulse
is suitable for medium, thick plate of all kinds of materials, also
good for tube that require all position welding: medium frequency
pulse enable good arc stiffness and arc concentricity, more suitable
for thermal sensitive materials, refractory materials, sheet metal
welding.
6. Pulse current, base current, pulse frequency and pulse width can
be non-polar regulated make it applicable for welding under various
